The Guest Representative changed our room as we were booked into a smoking. He was awesome.

Being booked into a smoking room to start.

The hotel was pretty clean, it may need a little updating and seemed a little high on the stars for not being as updated as other 3 star hotels. That being said was a great front desk rep. He switched my wife and I (plus our two boys under 2) out of a smoking room into one that fit us better. He made our stay good.

The hotel was by no means a three star hotel if three stars is your highest rating. It is nice and had a good, (not great) breakfast buffet. The price was fine for what I got but I expected more based on the hype you give yourselves. When I tried to check-in the clerk told me your credit card failed and I would have to pay her again and take it up with you. Of course that didn't happen as the manager took care of it.
