the location of the hotel was wonderful, It was across the street from the trolley stop and had restaurants within walking distance.
due to the lack of parking at the hotel, if you were not lucky enough to get a spot, you had to park 2 blocks away.

This hotel is great for families with children, the kitchenette gives you the option of fixing a quick meal if you choose and with the trolley stop across the street you can easily grab a bite on the Riverwalk or the Rivercenter Mall. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff were always very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this Staybridge Suites @ Sunset Depot again. ...read more

the staff was excellent!
Parking around the corner from the hotel just did not sit well with me.

Overall everything was great. The staff was surprisly very nice and friendly and was always their to help out. I have say two people stood out among the rest. I want to tell you the front desk clerk Melissa was so sweet and understanding I just want to say she is great. Their is another lady stands out to and that was the cleaning lady Ms.Kathy. She really did something that I really appreciate. As I was preparing to leave the hotel I took my luggages to the car and was standing to close to my trunk hood of my car and got hit in the head. My husband grab me and told me to still down but I didn't and I walk back in the hotel and Ms.Kathy saw me wobbling down the hall and assist me to a chair and saw my big bump on my head and got me a ice bag, to go ice pack for the road, and a small towel and a prayer that help me make it home safe. Without her help I think we would had to go to a emergency for treatment but the quick thinking she did made my trip home a whole lot easier. My doctor said with that quick thinking save me from spending money and time going to emergency. Thank you again Staybridge Suites and Ms. Kathy. ...read more
