Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice. Breakfast was great.
Clean couch cushions, poor draino in the tub once in awhile to speed up draining.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We took the shuttle to Sea World. It was fast and the driver was friendly. Breakfast was great and had a large selection. The front desk staff was very helpful. I mentioned to them that the tub drained slow but I forgot to mention that the couch cushions could use a good cleaning. It wasn't a big deal to us. We put a towel over the cushion so we didn't have to sit directly on it. I would stay there again and recommend it. It's great if you're planning a trip to Sea World. ...read more

The close proximity to Sea World, which is where were we visited for 2 days.
The swimming pool could've been larger. A hot tub would've also been nice. Also, no bar area to get a drink.

Everything was great.

Great hotel, great staff, wonderful breakfast and supper.
