It was a terrible hotel. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Ever. The "honeymoon suite" was most certainly not that. The beds were hard, the room had stained sheets, there was used soap packages in the top of the shower. There were stuffed animals all over the room. There was 3 bunny rabbits, 2 teddy bears and 3 ducks. There was nothing even remotely romantic an out this room. ...

I would not recommend to anyone visiting this hotel. The management was creepy. The owner answered the hotel in a bathrobe. The rooms were dirty, so much so that there was no way we could have stayed. The room was dimly lit and the towels were filthy. Dolls were covering the room and the sheets were unclean. There was no deadbolt on the door and the lock that was there did not work. They kept calling our room as soon as we arrived. They stuck us on the back bottom side where no one could see us. We immediately realized that this was an unsafe place to stay and went to the front desk to demand a refund. This is when the owner got hostile and refused a refund. I have never had such a horrible hotel experience. It ruined the rest of our trip and for fear of being dramatic, we felt like we barely got away with our lives. I know I will probably never see my $50 dollars again. This was a birthday trip gone wrong. I have visited Eureka Springs countless times throughout my life and have never come across anything this bizarre. ...

My 1st impression was that the hotel was clean and nice. Checked in at 8:30pm and was met at the front desk by the hotel owner/mgr in his night robe with the "THE BOSS" on the back. The front desk area reminded you of a "slasher movie". The office area was over obsessed with over 10.00 stuffed cat dolls all over the place. The hotel deception said that the hotel had Wi-Fi which was intermittent at best. The hotel description said that the hotel had continental breakfast. I don't know where Juice, Coffee, and Little Debbie snacks are continental breakfast but it was there. We asked for 2 keys to the room and was refused. Owner said that they were to expensive to reproduce. ...

We normally stay in nicer hotels. This hotel is very basic, but very clean and convenient. They have a huge cat named Boom Boom that greeted me upon checking in.

I would not suggest it. Hidden fees, the male manager is rude, the breakfast is not really a breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at Stonegate Inn. The room was nice with updated bathroom and newer bed. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to local attractions.
