Hotel Guest Reviews of the Stratosphere Tower
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 13, 2012

It's location is not convenient to the action on the strip. Says its a 3 star hotel but you only get 2 stars unless you pay an additional $15 per night to upgrade to newly renovated 3 star rooms. The facility is quite dated. Pool was nice. I would not recommend this hotel. Extremely nicer accommodations 1/2 mile south of the strip.

I thought it was welcoming, clean, and comfortable! I'd stay again!especially for the great price I got on Priceline!

The hotel was clean. It was impossible to get information or directions. Took us 1 hour to find pool, asked several employees and they would just point and say that way, really need more signs letting people know where things are located, never did find the ice machine.

I was very displeased with the service, for one. The internet, they claim, to be high speed. I may have managed 2 hrs out of the 24 i paid for. not to mention calls to hospitality who told me to shut my laptop down and restart....no, really?

The room was adequate and clean. The staff was helpful. The buffet was surprisingly good but a little overpriced. The hotel is at the older North end of the strip and there is not much in the vicinity of the Stratosphere that is worthwhile to walk to. The view from the top of the Stratosphere is a must-see and free for hotel guests.

The pool was nice but when I booked the room I booked the more expensive room because it said it had panoramic views of th strip or the valley and the only view I got was a wall. Next time I will just book the regular room and pay the cheaper price and I'm sure I will still have the same view. The shower was dirty, the bed was comfy and the staff at check-in was nice. The housekeepers however never responded to any requests.

Because of the location I would not stay here again. Spent more time riding the bus than I would have liked. There should be a shuttle provided by the hotel because of it's location.
