Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Charlotte - Tyvola Rd. - Executive Park
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(11) | Solo Traveler(9) | Traveling as Couple(1) | Family with Teens(1)

The room was spacious, the staff were very helpful and the location was quiet.
The room could have been cleaned during our stay.
For the price, this hotel is definitely an excellent choice!

The room itself was very impressive and clean. The beds could be softer. I liked the leather couch too.
Staff was a little unprofessional and spoke on the phone with persons about personal problems. Keep that out of work or in a private setting not in the lobby or behind the wall. Leave personal stuff at home.

Lots of room in the suite. Had a water purifier. Very clean.
Maid service is limit to once every eight days unless you order more service at a charge. Need to provide my own cleaning gear (sponges, dishwashing liquid, etc.) Had to take towels to desk for exchange. No dishwasher.
Near resturants and busline. I-77 1/2 mile away. The front desk is very friendly. Light rail is two miles away with free parking. Grocery store (Aldi's) is also two miles away. I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel room was spacious and relatively new. The staff was great and always willing to help. Although the hotel is located a little bit far from the downtown, there is a train station less than 2 miles away where it is possible to park the car for free ...
Although it was not really a problem for me, the hotel does not have elevator to access the rooms. Necessary to carry luggage through stairs.

The size of the room was excellent
the fact they moved me from one room to another, and they were confused when I asked them questions

thelay out of the roomm and the full kitchen.
upon check in the room still had tools and materials from work being done. The front desk informed me they were not notified that it would be in maintenance. It wasn't a problem as I was just changing and would be out the rest of the afternoon.
Over all a good trip and stay. I would stay there again.

Staff is super-friendly, and the room is very spacious. It is much cleaner and nicer than other 1-star hotels
Wasn't crazy about being in an connecting room this trip.
Excellent hotel for the money, the staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and clean, and the facility is much nicer than other hotels at compatible prices.
