Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - Memphis - Cordova

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great location and friendly staff.
Room smelled of urine and the shower curtain had black mold across the bottom. Very dirty tub.

Hotel is in a convenient location and the staff was friendly. The hotel itself is old and the room we stayed in smelled of urine. The bathtub was dirty and the shower curtain was atrocious, black mold all along the bottom. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel was okay, the staff was very nice.
The nights was very busy people talking in the hallway like they where outside. I was unable to get any rest until maybe after 2:30a.m.

If you have children this is not the hotel for them.. I will not be going back to stay here. We had the fire alarm when off one night for about 30 mins. The breakfast is for someone on the run and good luck trying to find a muffin or fruit. I think they put out two muffins at a time. The air didnt work very well in our room.. They have alot of people that stay there for weeks at a time and they are so loud, talking late at night in the hallway.. This is a place that you should pay $20.00 a night for. The kitchenette had one pot.. ...read more

This hotel was nasty. The parking lot was scary. It was by no means a 2 star hotel. Every other site lists it as a 1 star. Very disgusted with Priceline.

Couch was so beat down I was practically sitting on the floor. Bed was uncomfortable. Carpet was nasty. It was noisy. Parking lot was scary. Not sure how this ever got rated a 2 star. I now question Priceline's integrity.

location, price and kitchenette.
The room had a heavy smoke smell. My packed clothing and personal items smelt like smoke after the 1 overnight stay. For a non smoker (with allergies)this stay was very uncomfortable and undesirable for the future.

The hotel was rated as a one star but the staff was a FIVE Star. I've stayed with priceline and Extended Stay Hotels hundreds of times.... The evening front desk clerk I believe his name was Josh, was the best I've ever seen across the country and the Gi
The in room coffee pot as usual in all Extended Stay Hotels was below standard.... but the coffee and snacks in the lobby was GREAT!!!

Location...price...location

I have stayed here, on business, once a month for all of 2012. I can not find a better price for the quality. It is convenient, comfortable, clean, and quite. It's not the "Peabody", but they do have ducks that love to be fed.

The staff. The manager personally went to check room prior to it being assigned to me. It's located around a popular area. I was not familiar with area but it was plenty of shopping available from apparel to grocery. Had movie theatre close by too.
There was a smell in hallway. Key card half worked.

Hotel staff was fantastic. They were very personable and made me feel welcomed. The key card didn't work half of time. Didn't get to use amenities because they were closed down. The stay was outstanding in comparison to price
