Hotel Guest Reviews of the Studio Plus El Paso - West

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Had a full size fridge and range in the kitchenette.
Bed and furniture need to be replaced. Everything looks like it came from a second hand store.

To be fair to the hotel they were in the middle of remodeling the office and public areas by the front doors, however, if it were up to me I would have started with the room furniture first as it is so run down and worn out. No breakfast or place to grab a bite to eat. Hallways smelled of dogs and stale cigarette smoke. Not one of my more memorable nights.

The staff were very kind.
The sofa bed mattress looked stained and gross and room smelled funny.

This would be a great hotel if I were a single person looking for a place to stay for a week or so. We were expecting to be able to swim in the pool but it had not been open yet. My kids were sadly disappointed. It was a good thing we just used the room to sleep in and get ready in the morning but it was not a place I would choose again. the room had a smell to it as we walked in, it wasn't bad you could tell it was there. The mattress on the sofa bed, was badly stained and looked gross, the covers on it did not hide that well. ...read more

Parking lot.
Don't have computer center, not breakfast. The room looks kind of dingy, not many smoke free rooms.

Not a good choice.

I liked that it Had a full size fridge and kitchenette. I also liked that it had a laundromat.
Room is really small as well as gym.

Friendly service, and clean.

Has everything to be great, but it´s poorly cleaned and maintained. Hotel staff real friendly.
Toilet and carpets poorly cleaned, dog smell in hall and overall maintenance bad.

For the price I got in Priceline it was great. Overall maintenance and cleanless is urgent. They should emphasize on this issue and it would be a killer deal for couples with little kids and families because of the kitchenette and all.

Room was huge, and everything worked correctly.
Odour in hallways was unpleasant. Ground floor hallway smelled unclean.

Two stars is a bit too generous. Maybe 1.75 stars. Room was clean but worn down - torn up wallpaper and banged up furniture. Still, was completely adequate for my purposes. Did not use kitchen other than fridge and microwave.

Liked the location, space and it was clean.
You have to pay a fee for wireless Internet.

We liked everything, but the fact that the Internet was not free.

The staff was great, the rooms nice and it had a kitchenette.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Not sure if all the beds are bad though.

Great place to stay. Excellent helpful staff.

Nice Kitchen(unexpected) clean, and friendly staff.
Cramped space, only one bed, couch bed closed off the room.

The map on the computer site was hard to read but the location was close to the freeway. The elevator was very handy but getting back to the office was confusing as there were no arrows pointing the way and there were hallways going different directions confusing the matter. While the room was surprisingly small, it was very clean. There was a couple of places in the bathroom where the plaster had come off. ...read more

The room was very big and had a full size kitchen.
The bed was hard, carpet was stained, couch was stained, bathroom had mold, and the room smelled.
