When we checked in the staff person was not in a good mood and although he did everything he was hired to do, he was rude on my questions. He was also rude to a person on the phone in front of me when they were asking about the weather. They hung up.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms were all inside access which I really like for safety reasons.
Some of the people hanging out in the parking lot after we came back from dinner. But that is a problem anywhere.
Pleasant stay, it was quiet and the first time I have ever stayed in an extended stay hotel. There were all different classes of people staying there, but the management did a great job at keeping things in order and not allowing any loitering near entrance to hotel.

Convenient location.
From Wednesday through Sunday our room was not cleaned nor did we receive clean towels without taking our dirty ones to the front desk.
Nice location, clean rooms upon arrival, but will not stay here again. I like coming back to a vacuumed room/ emptied trash after a day or two and clean sheets and towels. This did not happen here.

The size of the room.
The room was nice and for the time I was there on business, I saved with the small kitchen and the staff was nice and jumped all over and concerns we may have had. Clean hotel didn't have any prob.
