We traveled from Ohio to WV for a funeral. I book online, but did call the hotel to confirm. They were very nice and helpful. I like how the floor was divided as far as smoking and non-smoking, but there was a smell of cigarette smoke off the elevator. The cleaning was complete and prompt. We were gone for about an hour to pick up dress shoes for a funeral and the room was made up when we returned. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
It was nice and warm since there was a snowstorm outside. The staff kept the the lobby clean despite everyone dragging in lots of snow and salt. The best this hotel has to offer is the staff that is warm and friendly as they come. The rooms were nice and clean and the heaters did not warm the air to blistering hot, which was great.
