I was very unhappy about the fact that I asked for, and was told I would get, a wake up call. I'm still waiting for it. When I called the front desk to ask if they had coffee, there was no answer. The lobby was closed when I went down there.

Business Traveler
Plano in general is a good area but for some reason this hotel is not. I didn't expect much from a 2 star extended stay but this was even worse. Insect issues, dry wall spackle falling in the bathroom and maid service not cleaning it up.

Room was clean, facilities ok for the price but there were dead bugs in the room. Also, a live roach crawled across the bed.

Cost was inexpensive. Had stayed before, staff is fine and friendly. In this case, the bugs were a bit too much. Parking lot had a lot of trash in it, but with all the storm damage crews staying there, I cannot fault the hotel. Room was clean, and for being next to a busy highway it was quiet. This is a no frills, effective cost savings if this is what you are looking for. I have stayed here before on business and was happy with where I the room. The bugs in the room did not meet my expectations.

Not a 2 star motel.Not even 1 star. Old cigarrete smell everywhere, even on bed linens. too noisy, you can hear people talking in the other room.

Good location, but the room has bad smell; the bed is dirty and pillow is made of cheap material and very uncomfortable.
