Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. Worst experience I have ever had at an "extended stay" hotel. No pots and pans to cook with, no TV channel listing, no housekeeping for 4 days, phone did not work when we got there, had to walk down 3 flights of stairs to the front desk to find out the phone jack did not work (and they knew it), was able to connect to the Internet for about 10 minutes with iPhone and iPad but never with laptop, help desk was useless, handicap parking was minimal and one space couldn't even be used because it was blocked by another car in another parking spot at a 90 degree angle to the spot, bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. ...

Convenient, priced right. Wish it did not have weekly live-in permanent guests.

The staff was not friendly, the bed was very lumpy. The elevator was out and I was put on the third floor. I asked if they had a washer and dryer but not told where it was.

The hotel was quiet the staff was friendly. I arrived before check in time. The clerk allowed me to check in early, thought that was nice since I had a performance that night. The whole kitchen thing was great. The room furniture was a little worn as well as the carpet but in spite I had a good experience.

The room was dirty, there was hair in the bed, there was a dead roach in the kitchen, I refused to take my sandals off because the floor was dirty and the bathroom smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. My husband and I laid awake the first night because the deadbolt on the door looked like someone had tried to break in before and the lock had never been repaired. Unfortunately, we had just run in, thrown our stuff down and left to eat dinner and we didn't notice this problem until the staff had already left the front desk for the night. The next morning we woke up and made some excuse to get out of there and ended up booking a room at the Sheridan in downtown Atlanta which was lovely. ...

Nice and clean. There is not a swimming pool, which was fine with me. The beds were good and clean sheets. Customer service desk workers were wonderful and very accommodating.
