Hotel Guest Reviews of the Sun Suites Of Suwanee
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2012

So, I paid less than $30 per night with tax included. That in itself is incredibly affordable versus the other numerous hotels around the area. Let's start with the front desk. I checked into a room with a creaky bed and leaky shower head. I called down to request for another room and the staff was quick to resolve my issue. No hassles whatsoever. Moved me to another room with a better bed, better smell, and a better shower. That's all I really wanted to start off with. A comfy bed and a good working shower. Housekeeping comes twice a week. Mid-week is when they change out the towels only. At the end of the week, they make your bed, clean the carpet and refresh the room for you. Mail is delivered to the front office and they make you sign for everything. All in all, for less than $30, this is a great bargain. Yes, there are some rowdy guests on the weekends. Yes, there may be some damaged fixtures (one of the bed lamps is crooked and needs fixing) but it dozen’t affect my stay. In my definition, a working lamp is one that turns on. As long as it turns on, I’m happy. Again, I am saving lots of money ($350-500) by staying here for a month compared to the other hotels around here. I’m on a business trip so Sun Suites have accommodated me quite well. ...

Rooms are clean. I enjoyed having the small fridge. Staff was very friendly. By no means a top tier place but, fantastic for the money.

Was not the safest hotel. People tried to get into our roon and there were people outside all hours of the night. The ceiling material was falling down. Overall it was clean but it had an odd smell.

The hotel clerk charged my credit card after I had already pre-paid Priceline for the room. Apparently when she went to void it - she charged it AGAIN instead! Management tells me that they have voided. Both charges - but since I used a debit card, my money remains tied up until the voids are processed. As you probably know, charges are processed immediately. Voids take 3 to 5 business day. Unsatisfactory! ...
