Do not book your hotel from Priceline. I would have been better off calling the hotel and learning more about the room. When I tried to call Priceline once arriving at the hotel and wanting to move to another hotel I couldn't get in touch with anyone, I spent to much of my vacation time trying to get someone on the phone at priceline. I was very unhappy with our room however the hotel staff tried to be accommodating but they didn't have any other rooms available and could only help us find a new hotel. ...read more

The Sun Viking Lodge was a great place to stay. My husband grew up vising this hotel every other winter with his grandparents and cousins. Our kids enjoyed it as much as he and his cousins did. The indoor pool is awesome. It was so nice and warm. The outdoor temps were pretty cool during our stay, so we didn't use the outdoor pool as much, but it looked pretty great with the water slide. We spent our fair share of time in the outdoor hot tub as well. The rooms were nice and clean. The pull-out couch slept 2 of our kids nicely. It wasn't your normal awful pull-out. I think the mattress was some sort of memory foam. We brought our bikes, so we enjoyed bike rides on the beach and rode up to the ferris wheel. There are plenty of places to eat. We tried out Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and Johnny Rockets which were both great. We had a great time and will certainly return. ...read more

Hotel was fine if you just need a place to sleep at night. I would not spend much time there.

We really liked the facility a lot. We did not like where our room was. We thought what we paid you we would have had a better room..which..after talking with the hotel desk manager, we could have had an upper room with , a kitchenette, a balcony overlooking the beach for less money. We will probably go back, but we will not deal with you. The hotel manager gave us a special card giving us the benefit of better accommodations the next time we came. ...read more

hotel was great i have no complaints-i would have liked if the pool and waterslide were open later

Very clean. Friendly, efficient and thorough housekeeping staff.

The staff treated me poorly from the moment I checked in, was given a room with the only window blocked by the refrigerator and was told what did I expect from a discounted rate. Reported the room had ants and toilet clogged with no one showing up to fix it, pool closed at 10 both inside and outside, cafe was out of everything on their menu, and although the pool was nice they harassed guest constantly about there access bands,even when they had already asked, and not enough parking for all guest when hotel is at capacity. ...read more
