This is was the worst 3.5 Star experience I have ever had on priceline. I use priceline a lot and almost always are very happy with the results but this experience makes me question whether I can trust priceline again.

The hotel was not a 3.5 star experience at all compared to other 3.5 star hotels on Priceline. The room smelled terrible and when we requested the staff look into the mater we were told the manger would get back to us right away. Great Staff!Esther, my housekeeper was super ; ) I complained to her about a funky smell (gas fumes from the pipes) in the bathroom,she called maintenance and the sink and toilet were fixed within the hour. This was my 4th stay here. Hoped for golfview..
When I called long distance, I asked for a golf view room. Was told 'certainly!' When I got there, NOT ! Not very nice.

Good location.Clean. Valet personnel very nice and prompt. HATE the smoke walking thru the casino towards the room elevators - yuck !

PEOPLE WERE SMOKING ON A NON SMOKING FLOOR.PUMPED THE SEWER OUT EARLY ONE MORNING, THE TRUCK MADE A LOT OF NOISE AND THE FUMES WOKE ME UP.IT WAS NOT PLEASANT.

THE VIEWS ON THE GOLF SIDE ARE GREAT. THE DELI IS VERY GOOD. TRY TO STAY UP HIGH AND MAYBE YOU WILL NOT HEAR AS MUCH NOISE OR SMELL ANY FUMES. I WAS ONLY ON THE 4TH. FLOOR RIGHT ABOVE WHERE ALL THIS WAS HAPPENING. THIS HAPPENED THE LAST DAY I WAS THERE OR I WOULD OF ASKED TO BE MOVED. I DID COMPLAIN TO TO THE FRONT DESK BUT NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE VERY MUCH. Very quiet.
Everything was great, except when I got there they charged me $~17.00, not sure what that was for.

Great hotel. Wish is was non-smoking though. Clean rooms. Very quiet. Great value.

The price is fabulous, the different food areas in the hotel are really nice. Nice clean bathrooms and the bed was actually good.
I am very sensitive to smoking. This hotel has no areas you can walk to that DONT take you thru the smoke filled casino--the stench of cigarette smoke was overpowering and made me nauseous. They need a better air system to vent the cigarette smoke out.

The price is great, my room on 5th floor was smoke free and for the most part I never smelled smoke. Was VERY quiet and I appreciated that. Did not care for the cigarette smoke filled casino I was forced to walk thru every day to and from the room.

It is a great location next a golf course. THE POOLS ARE REAL NICE AND THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY.
The beds were rock hard, pretty much like sleeping on a piece of plywood. the public spaces are so filled with smoke, they need to install some ceiling fans or exhaust fans..

Rooms were spacious and view was great. Double sinks in bathroom were nice too.
Casino smelled smokey and food was just so-so.

This may be the very best place to stay in Summerlin if you want value and good shopping in the area.
