The manager is a friendly and nice person.The staff we met were cold and disinterested.They were not friendly.
We stayed here in January and April.The first stay my wife found a dead mouse in the closet.Our second stay we found the staff not very cordial.We were assigned a handcap room both stays.The furniture was shoddy and one of the lamps was broken.

The rooms are in need of an upgrade.Furniture is worn.The breakfast is minimal.

The bed was very comfortable.
When my wife went to pick up an object in the closet it was a dead mouse.It was a freak out moment for her.

Hotel personel are always accomodating. Breakfast cout have had more fruit.We got what we paid for.

Fantastic location, staff provided a very pleasant experience, much more than the money spent. Extremely welcoming staff, ready to help when ever it is necessary.
I really can not think of anything bad about the hotel. It was that wonderful the place, the staff and the room.

To my knowledge, the place is very convenient. I have no second thoughts of staying in this place if I were to visit the area again.

We didn't request a double bed & handicap room.

The room was in terrible condition. The bathroom had mold along side the tub on the floor. There was a single wall sink with no countertop around it. There was a wire shelf that hung crookedly on the wall next to the sink to set your cosmetics on. Any small items fell through to the floor. We had to put a magazine on the shelf to hold our things. The TV was fine and the bed was okay except it was a double not even a Queen bed. We would never request a double bed! ...read more

Bugs in my hotel room.

There were bugs in my room in the bathtub upon my arrival. The toilet was clogged and I had to plunge it myself, the worker did not even offer to help. Breakfast food was horrible and low quality.

The location was nice for easy travel to and fro. mammoth cave, the reason for our stay.
The room had large black roaches or beetles dead the first night, the second night had live ones, the jacuzzi was not in the bathroom as expected which was fine but also was the only available shower for the room. The bathroom was dirty and had no shower

I would not use this hotel again. The area was good for getting to the park.

Sean was wonderful. He was helpful, friendly and very professional.
The room was not clean, there was a bug in the bathroom and wallpaper was coming off.

It was close to EVERYTHING!
It would be nice, if breakfast were served up until around 10 instead of only 9.
