The staff was great, took care of a situation at three in the morning with a drunken crowd in the hallway.
Even though we were in a non smoking room, it smelled like smoke really bad in the bathroom and at times is smelled like smoke in the room. And because the hotel allows pets, we think our room had fleas, we are hoping it wasn't bedbugs.
Pro - Has places close enough to eat at and even a nice short trip if you want to go to cranberry instead. Con- No swimming pool

No receptionist at the desk when we arrived or none when we left. I had to dial 0 to tell a woman I was there.
I would never stay at that hotel again. Never in all my hotel stays, did I have to dial 0 to get help to sign in or sign out. And I was very upset with the smoke smell in the room.

Very, very clean and comfortable beds.
Desk clerk was not friendly, it never quoted a charge for a pet, and he demanded a 10 fee for my 6 pound dog.
It served my purpose for the night, it was clean and comfortable.

We did not like the location of this hotel & never even checked in. Ended up getting a room somewhere else. Wish I would have never used Priceline, as I just wasted my money.

Staff very accommodating-he noticed we had handicapped plates on our car and gave us an accessible room w/out our having to ask.
