Good location for me. Easy access to local area.
TV channel listing said free HBO on 62, 63 and a couple other channels, never could find. Channels were something different.

Room smelled a bit musty. Need to have something besides bagels in the AM, some fresh Danish and fresh fruit. Store bought Hannaford bagels is ok, but think could do something more.

Carpets old and dirty, common areas/halls reek of smoke, breakfast pathetic.

You get what you pay for (and probably less). Room was clean but old, badly in need of updating. Common areas are dirty, halls reek of smoke (even outside the "non-smoking rooms"). Breakfast was in a self-serve common area and consisted of a pot of coffee (old), OJ, and food items (muffins, donuts) in individual wrappers. Friendly staff.
Not happy about paying an extra $30 for two little dogs that were kept in a kennel the whole time.

Staff was friendly and place was very clean. No pool, or anything else. Restaurants were very close by but not in house. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke even on non-smoking floors.
