Get there early to check on heat. Prices good- maybe even excellent.

I would consider staying again for a day or two - not a vacation place to stay.

Terrible. I would never stay here again. Very dirty. The bed in the room was a full size bed. The ceiling had water stains. The carpet was so dirty. The walls were cracked and peeling. The staff knew nothing about the Green Bay football shuttle. When I called there to make the reservations I was told they have a schedule, price and everything regarding the shuttle and they had nothing. The front desk person was not helpful at all with any questions we had and seemed to just blow us off.

It was not worth the price but the pool and hot tub were good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The pillows on the bed however where big and bulky. The pool and whirlpool where closed due to a pump failure. Very disappointing, for we were looking forward to swimming.

Bedding was very dirty. Staff was rude and impolite. Pool was empty and we were told the pump would not be fixed for a week. Whirlpool empty, also room smelled, breakfast milk was spoiled, bread was stale very limited and the quality of the food was very scary. Hotel looks nice on outside, but a stinky, dirty, smelly, broken down place on the inside. As bad as it was, we would have had a good time if only the pool was open. This place was really bad. I had called the night before to make sure of pool, hot tub etc. Expressed how nice it looked in picture. No comment. When we arrived, we saw pool was empty. Was told at desk housekeepers had walked out, they only had one for the whole hotel. Walked down hallway, horrible smell and dirty carpet. Advised front desk, they came and said, "yes, it sure does smell, we will try and do something." Room okay, not great. Many dirty areas. Carpet also dirty in room. Second nite, smoke detector kept going off, went and got someone, he left with it. When we inquired where it was, they said they did not have anymore. Stay another day, still no detector. My husband and I stayed there for a Packer game. It is a decent hotel but could use some upgrading. I would've liked a fridge in the room. We had a good experience.
