Ok place. Not run down... Ok Breakfast

We left a pair of shoes behind and when we called back to request help the desk clerk was extra nice and helpful. She found the shoes and set them aside for us. Good staff !

I was put in a smoking room and the smell was awful...I called down to get another room, preferably non-smoking, so the front desk put me in a room right next to my original room and told me that is was non-smoking. There were ashtrays in the room...why does a non-smoking room have ashtrays?!?! I called and asked to be put in a non-smoking room but was told there weren't any available...the hotel had hardly anyone there. I had to go a buy a can of air spray and keep it by the nightstand so when I woke up in the middle of the night choking b/c of the smoke smell I could spray it. The hotel itself seem to being through a renovation and with time may be better but our visit was not what I expected. I will not stay there again the rooms were stuffy and the A/C system was malfunctioning so things were not the best. The staff was nice and tried to help but the place was overbooked so there were really no options for the staff. I was happy with this hotel for what I paid. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and it was located close to everything. I would stay here again.

This hotel did not measure up. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bedding had burn holes in them. The ceiling had stains on it and the bathroom tub and other fixtures were in need of a good makeover and scrubbing. I would never stay at this hotel again. In the same class as an older motel. Very disappointing.

The hotel was in a great location and convienent to everywhere we traveled. The rooms were a little small but it was good enough to travel. It was great to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly.
