The hotel is older, a little dated. The TVs are old with a really bad picture. The bed was uncomfortable. We were unable to plug the microwave in where it was located, and had to move it to the floor by the heater. We didn't have any hot water, so were moved to another room. The second room was much more comfortable. We paid over $200 for this hotel at off-season, every hotel in the area is highly priced and booked up during Valentine's Day weekend; ...

Good location on the strip. Close to Heavenly Ski Resort, casinos and shops. However, the condition of the hotel is in poor shape and rundown. Breakfast was provided but very little room to sit and eat to enjoy your meal. Price was cheap and it serves it's purpose if location is desired.

Very run down motel. Will not stay there again.
Went to Reno the next day and paid less to stay in a luxury hotel with beautiful rooms.
