Hotel Guest Reviews of the Super 8 Las Vegas
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 1, 2013

Do not stay here. Staff was kind enough to cancel our reservation. But being that we were both females he did not recommend staying if we didn't have to.

Easy access to strip. 3-4 miles away on the same street. Easy route back to hotel considering the traffic on the strip

This is NOT the hotel for you if you: (1) expect good Customer Service, (2) responsive staff, (3) quiet atmosphere, (4) a working ice machine. I stayed at the Super8 on Las Vegas Blvd and the phone in my room beeped continuously throughout the day AND THE NIGHT. I advised the front desk THREE TIMES, but the issue was never resolved. I also complained to Super8 Corporate Customer Care, but they never responded to me. This is a company that just does not care about you as a customer. In addition, they have only one ice machine, and it did not work, the on-screen channel labels on the TV were completely wrong, the hotel did not provide a paper TV channel guide, and the hotel is within shouting distance of Las Vegas Blvd. I know this because every night at 4AM I heard every drunken argument from the mouthy Vegas revelers as they walked up the street to their next place of mayhem. DO NOT STAY AT Super8 IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO EXPECTS GOOD VALUE! ...

For an older hotel in the older part of the city, it is very clean and comfortable for the price. It is well within easy walking distance to the Freemont Street Experience, but not so the strip. Even so, bus stops are very close and convenient and provide easy access to South Las Vegas attractions. If you're looking for a reasonable, clean, comfortable room, I would recommend Super 8 without reservation. ...

Book directly to be sure they give you the right kind of room. They blamed the room error on the fact that I booked via a third party. Also claimed that they would meet or beat any internet price, so why no book direct and make sure they get the correct info. I will take that advice to heart

This place is only to sleep, so if you want something better, pay for it, but if you just need a place to sleep this is the place for the right price, everything is out of date
