XXX for it because there was nothing else available on priceline at a reasonable cost. it would have been okay at XXX/night. it was pretty dumpy, not unsafe, but really not very nice at all.

This hotel was much better than I expected. My expectations were not very high for this rated hotel so it really exceeded my expectations. Clean stocked room. Comfy. Great breakfast with waffle maker. The hotel did not seem very old but maybe the AC's need to be checked. Otherwise we were very happy with this place and well worth it. New Orleans is an expensive place to visit so this was a gem, and this hotel is about 15 from the French Quarter, without traffic. ...

This hotel was a little dated but clean. The bath area had been updated and was nice. The complimentary breakfast was the normal fare but you couldn't take anything out of the breakfast room. It satisfied our needs, convenient to JazzFest and not too far from the French Quarter. We were driving so this would not be a good location if a car was not available.
