Terrible. They said they didn't get our reservation although we were charged. Had to drive 2 hours home. Very disappointed.

Upon check-in I told the front desk that we had a pet. He checked his computer and told me we were in a pet friendly room. When checking out, the girl at the front desk again asked if we had a pet. I said that we had, and she informed me that there would be an extra fee of $10 per night to accomodate the pet. She then further went on to inform me that we had NOT been in a pet friendly room. While she eventually did not charge me the extra fee, I did not like being treated as though I was trying to conceal an "illegal" pet in our room. ...

Clean, medium of the road hotel. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast was OK, but selection was limited to carbs (cereal, waffles, toast and fruit). Pool was clean. Stairwells could be better cleaned (treads were sticky). Cleaning staff could do a better job cleaning the rooms on a daily basis (empty cups weren't taken away, not enough towels). Room had small fridge great for keeping beverages and stuff for kids. Play pen was provided at no charge. ...
