Whole experience was bad overall. Breakfast was sad and not very high in variety. We were at the front desk for ten minutes and never got service.

The hotel was advertised as 24 hour office access. Not true. Discovered after departure at 5 a.m. seeing glasses were missing. turned around on freeway to check room. Found no one in office and posted phone number not answering. Waited to approximately 6:20 for office staff; checked room; located glasses and continued trip. We had left early to attempt early morning lighter traffic and lost a little over one hour in the fiasco. ...
