Staff was friendly and knowledgable.
Toilet handle was broken. I could still flush it by removing the lid to the water tank. A note was left for the cleaning crew.
Hotel is clean, close to highway, and well-managed.

The hotel had very, very large and most importantly clean rooms. I was overwhelmed by the cleanliness of the room.
Not applicable. This was a great hotel for its class. I found it comparable to the cleanliness of 4 star hotels.
Excellent. This hotel was the nicest place for the value I have ever stayed in. I would say it was better priced, larger room and cleaner than most Holiday Inns or Sheraton Hotels that I have stayed at.
