Couple
Jacuzzi suite had a horrible smell. Carpet was wet and molded. Staff (Kim)was rude when presented with the information and failed to observe the condition of the room in my presence. A refund has not been offered after continuous attempts to contact the manager, who emailed me a week later and offered me 25% off my next stay, although I could not remain in the room and had to depart from the hotel. ...

The hotel was decent for a 1 night stay. The following morning there was a man in the breakfast/lobby area that would not leave everyone alone. He continued
on &
on talking to everyone from 6:45am till 10am. He was standing at the counter when we checked out. The staff did not say one word to him for bothering guests. It was very uncomfortable and frustrating.

I made reservations for overnight so that my sixteen year old son and I could spend some time together. The first room we were put in had not been cleaned, the bed was unmade and the television set was still on. I went to the front desk and was given another room. The room was rather dirty and there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom and when the people upstairs would run water it would pour through the ceiling; we put a trash can under it. I awoke at two-thirty in the morning to use the restroom and found I had been bitten. I turned on the light and found four bedbugs on the bed. I caught them and presented them to the night manager but was not offered a refund. I was bitten numerous times on the neck arms and upper legs. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ...

Anyone would love it. Nice safe area but not too many eating places around to eat so you might wanna pick up something to eat before you get there. Hotel is very nice inside and out. Room was very spacious with all accommodations u need. Looking forward to going there again.
