Hotel Guest Reviews of the Super 8 Motel - Highland, New York
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The service was terrible, the pillows were terrible we had to go and purchase some, the towels, when we had them were not clean or of any quality and when they made up the room for day 2, they did not leave us any towels, soap etc. Very poor service.

Good value for the money. I felt safe & the staff was wonderful. They do offer pizza nightly, so food is available if you don't want to drive for dining.

The room had one bed when we booked two double beds. The lamps weren't working. The room reeked of cigarette smoke although they were non smoking. The bathroom door locked from the outside.

I would not recommend this hotel to families that are traveling and need to entertain the children. You could smell cigarette smoke throughout the hotel which was quite disappointing sense the advertise non-smoking rooms. Breakfast was very disappointing - do not expect much more than a few boxes of cereal and some fruit.

A very good no-frills hotel for the price. Clean and comfy beds and towels, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, TV. No artwork or fancy furniture. One light didn't work, but there were others that did. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
