Business Traveler
I normally do not select 1 star, this was by mistake. I will say that my accepted bid was higher than locally advertised price. With all this said, in my life I have slept in worse, just not lately. This is just a tired motel, nothing personal no harm no foul.

Family Traveling with Young Children
It was ok for star rating and for our need, however was most upset about loud noise outside our room waking me up during night, talking, cars reving and taking off fast and loud, thumping music. Made me wonder what was going on so late in the night and question safety of hotel.

Very dirty units this place is for contractors staying weeks at a time.
I bid on a 2 star hotel not a half star MOTEL ! Pool was empty.

I was on a 4 day business trip and thought of trying out this place. Next time I will definitely choose a better hotel even if it costs little more, as I was not pleased with the overall quality ( I am student and was trying to save some money). If you are with family then definitely get a better place. For a quick one night stay, it is not too bad as it is close to the university and the convention center. ...

The hotel was very close to all the downtown amenities! the clerk was most helpful when my friend and I asked to be moved to a different room that we felt more comfortable in! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends in the future!
