Super 8 Motel - Madison

You will be pleased at this hotel. From start to finish it was excellent.

Upon walking in the room...crumbs on the table, dirty pillowcase laying on the floor, fridge & microwave were disgusting to just look at. Looked like they were retrieved from the junk yard & painted over (dents, rust, grease, dirt and all). Air condition couldn't keep my room at 71 despite it being 50 degrees outside. Continued to turn on/off every 10-15 minutes (and yes the settings were correct). Woke up the next morning to a roach crawling on the wall, and even worst, a human hair in the towel I used to dry my face. When drying my face with my eyes closed I could feel the bristle of it. Convenient location friendly staff.

Much better than I expected.

The hotel was basic, but clean. It's situated right off of I-10, next to truck stops, gas stations, Denny's, and other hotels-- so it's NOT in a scenic area. It's an hour from Tallahassee, so if there isn't anything available in Talahassee, it's a good place to stay. Just roll out of bed, eat at Denny's (this hotel gives you a breakfast voucher), and head to Tallahassee. The staff is very nice and friendly. ...read more

i will not ever stay in this super 8 again. The rate
was too much for a bad hotel and I stayed 2 days, water was yellow out of the shower as well.

Was very noisy and bed was very uncomfortable. The town is nice and the staff is nice just didn't like the bed at all.
