The front desk people were very helpful.
Interior of room was not appealing

Breakfast room very small - poor selection - milk not in cartons but picture for everyone to handle. Room was not appealing. Staff at front dest very helpful.

Room was in bad shape, needs total renovation, Noisy, we could hear people 3 or 4 rooms away.

Would not recommend at all. Staff was friendly enough, but rooms were not clean, toilet ran all night, and we were woken by screaming kids at 6 am, that lasted until checkout.

I truly enjoyed the continental breakfast.
not much hot water - refrigerator not working - no elevator (difficult to carry luggage to the 3rd floor)

Closeness of the actual vacation location; large mini-frig
In room - lack of table, single open outlet across the room with only chair to place items recharging.

Looking for an inexpensive place to stay the night without frills and that's what you get. A basic buffet breakfast is available and I must admit the cleaning crew in the morning is very helpful. Wi-Fi internet has a strong signal.

Clean, family friendly.
I could hear the people next to me pretty clearly. Also, there was a buzzer going off through the night which was loud and frequent.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. It actually looked better than I expected from its star rating. It was a pleasant experience, especially considering the price.

It was appropriate for the price. The staff was extremely friendly.
You could smell smoke from the rooms that allowed smoking.

Pleasant staff and rooms were appropriate for a short stay. It was great for workers.

The quality of the entire experience was pretty poor.

The hotel is lacking upkeep. It appears that nothing has been done to update it in the recent past. The breakfast offered with the room was pitiful. A loaf of wheat and a loaf of white bread and a few apples.
