Breakfast, price, cleanliness, features (fridge, microwave, blowdrier, iron)

bathroom faucet leaked and was hard to turn off.

I'd recommend this to anyone who like me doesn't want to pay high prices, and still wants nice basic accommodations.

It was cheap and one of the few options around with convenient parking. That's about all.

Dingy old hotel. WiFi only worked in bathroom in front of the room. TV remote batteries died.

Not luxury, obviously by the price, but they could definitely upgrade a few things (such as towels, bedding, bathroom linolium and carpeting.) Overall it was clean enough and quite. Just lower your expectations.

Location.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. While I did receive an apology from the corporate level and the local manager I would never recommend it..

We travel quite a bit and I would have to say, I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. While there is some truth to the saying, "You get what you pay for", a paying customer should never be treated rudely. I must admit that I am not a frequent Super 8 customer, but had decided to give them a try since they were so conveniently located for our wedding party. If I had it to do over again, I would have chosen to drive a little further and treated with some respect. I did file a complaint on the corporate level and they were very quick to reply with an apology the same day. It was followed up a week later by an apology from the local manager who offered a 20% discount at our next stay with them. I guarantee that if i were in the area again, I would pay more for a different place without blinking. Unless there is a major overhaul in staff and training, I would not recommend this hotel. ...read more

Quiet setting, nearness to interstate, cordial & efficient staff. Microwave and fridge.

Unusual access through gas station lot, but nothing I did not like.

Easy check-in and out. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker were all clean. Encountered four employees and all were personable and helpful. Hotel is next to convenience store so munchies readily available.

It was quiet and comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay.

The continental breakfast only went till 9 and we were not informed.

We were very happy with our stay it was quiet and comfortable. We were upset that when we woke up that the continental breakfast was over at 9 instead of 10 or 10:30 so was another couple that showed up at 10 like we did. The staff was very friendly even late at night.
