Family Traveling with Young Children
The front office staff was rude. After choosing this motel for the free high speed wifi and the location was close to the funeral we were in Panama City to attend. We found that the internet didn't work, and the front desk was rude after multiple attempts to fix this so we could make sure everything was set for the funeral. One woman in particular who said she was the office manager was rude and told us that since we ordered via priceline we already received and discounted price and there was nothing they could do. It was three days of stress and the hotel that should have been relaxing and a place for us to recharge our batteries and emotions was just a HUGE pain. Will never stay there again. ...

This hotel is filthy and ridden with bed bugs. There were dirty, stained sheets and cracks in the shower.
