Friendly staff.

Several chain restaurants within 2 blocks; Lake Erie across the street; the hotel was very basic, as 2 Star would be.

The friendliness of the two people I had conversations with at the desk.
Double beds were small and mattresses were wore out on both beds.

Decent hotel for the price in a good location for sight seeing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was very sufficient and very clean.

We were at this facility during the off season, so it was quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There were reviews about the breakfast, but we found it to be better than expected. Overall it was a very good experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave directions to other destinations and told us if we need help at all they were there to help us.

Very clean and friendly staff. Like I said, we would have liked to have gotten a receipt saying we paid and that we were checked out. Otherwise, it was great.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was nice. Well worth the price.
I didn't care for the middle blanket. It was rather rough. The parking lot was partially flooded when we were there.

The location is minutes away from the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton. Plenty of Restaurants nearby. Approximately 10 minutes from Marblehead. Rooms were spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Well worth the price. The continental breakfast included waffles, cereal, juice, bagels and donuts.

They assign to me a room with handicap ability in the bathroom without me asking, i guess cause I've stayed there before.
With a lot of handicap rails, the
was too low made for midgets.

Perfect for my need.
Wifi not strong enough.

The hotel was perfect for my need. There was more than enough room. There could have been a small fridge and the wifi could have been better(couldn't use wifi stuff unless we were in the hall). The staff, even at 11pm was nice and helpful.
