though the rooms were clean they were very run down giving it the appearance they were dirty and the toilet seat was broke in my room
though it looked run down overall it was a good experience

location was good, ample parking, friendly staff

dirty room, dirty sheets on bed, and bed had bed bugs!!!

second stay at this hotel. first time was nice, second time not so much! room was dirty with dirty sheets, and bed bugs free of charge!!

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The carpets are stained, bring flip flops to walk around your room.

The staff is the main reason why I would come to this hotel again. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the parking was right next to my room.

The staff was great & extremely accommodating for myself & my family. They were on top of any needs we had & did so with a smile! Thank you!
The beds were not really comfortable. I am not used to a hard bed like they had.

I would stay here again. The rooms were cleaned well with adequate facilities. The staff, especially Latoya, were so great with my large family (including 4 kids.). They even offered to let me stay in the breakfast table area until 2AM working on work stuff so i didnt disturb my family. The location to I-5, Coranado and Imperial Beach was great. Super nice peopleand clean around Imperial Beach. Aside from the harder beds, a great stay! I looked at the reviews & called ahead because I was concerned about the hotel, nowI am not sure why the reviews were unkind. I would stay there again. It was very close to the free way.
Got stuck with my family and 7 year old in a smoking room.

I checked into the hotel around 8pm. checked in with my wife and 7 year old. Was placed into a smoking room. At around 10 pm my wife said she was going to sleep in the car because the room smelled so bad. As a matter of fact its been 3 days and my son is still sick. My wife was walking to the car to sleep when I saw an employee and explained to him my situation within 30 minutes we had a non smoking room, so much for being sold out. Thanks. ...read more
