The price.
Room was dated and small. Bathroom also very small.
This is a bare bones inn. I noticed the Best Western across the street was much more crowded and it looked a lot more inviting. I give it a 2 out of 10 stars.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms were very small and only have double beds rather than queen beds.

Convenient.
Room smelled like sweaty feet.
Had a room problem and they had provided our room to someone else. Gave us another room, but not without a lot of hassle. Hotel is not handicap accessible to 2nd floor.

Nice looking & clean rooms and public spaces. Great customer service.
No HBO or Showtime. Small TV. No grass the hotel has parking all around it. No view just parking area outside the room with a ground level window.
Nice place and very helpful staff. It was clean and the bed was comfortable and furniture nice. Could use a big flat screen TV with HBO for Downtime. Really close to Downtown Wall and to the entrance to the Bad Lands National Park.

Easy to find, close to Wall Drug and Badlands.
No amenities, lousy air conditioner, staff unfriendly, very basic room.
