Couple
This hotel was disappointing. The rooms were not clean, and the atmosphere felt more like a shelter for transients than a hotel. Rooms were dark, refrigerator did not keep things cold, and the lobby was very small. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our first night in the hotel, we had to capture a rat that was in the room! Very gross! No one ever came to clean our room in the 4 days that we were there, we had to go get towels, on our checkout date we asked for a late checkout and they said 30 minutes only and only gave us 15 minutes! You would think that if we caused no problems and did not ask for anything in 4 days with no clean linens, that we could at least check out late! ...

Nice for the price. A few miles from Kroger and Walmart. Gas stations close by and near the interstate. Not an amazing hotel, but comfortable, quiet, and a free coffee/donut/juice breakfast.

The hotel was very pleasant and very secure. It was conveniently located near a very nice restaurant and several filling stations. It was also close to downtown Memphis, which was awesome. Overall this hotel is a very good place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning on going to Memphis.

Room was clean, friendly staff, shower was hot and close to the interstate.

Hotel staff very friendly. Room was somewhat dirty. Extremely noisy. Hallway a little dark, but no entrance except through the front lobby. Felt fairly secure there. All in all for the price paid it was OK.
