Our stay was short, mainly to sleep. When we arrived no one was at the front desk. The key card didn't work easily, the bathroom door would not close at the bottom, the bathroom fan was too loud and the bed was too hard and had my allergies acting up (dust). The only convenience was that it was close to the highway and fast food.

The hotel staff was friendly, however after checking into my room I was very disappointed. The room had a strong mildew odor- like the carpets were wet and growing mold. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, my partner found a stain on his pillowcase- that looked to be old- it should have been thrown out. The hotel left the last occupants bars of soap in the sink and shower (I guess in hopes we may want to use them instead of a new package- there was a hair on the one in the shower). There were only 2 med sized towels for two adults to use. But it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had as far as cleanliness is concerned. I will not stay at a Super8 Motel again- I will sleep in my car before spending 80 dollars. I didn't think any Canadian hotel could be that poor. ...
