I would never stay at this hotel again. I would have rather stayed in my vehicle. We took a shower with socks on, wouldn't walk around the room without our shoes on, it was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Never again!

Family Traveling with Young Children
Location - good , near falls and casino. Customer service - very poor, if you reach late, they will leave nothing to chance but cancel your reservation then they force you to rent the same rooms at double the rate you booked earlier as you wont have anywhere else to go.
Facilities--- They don't have a microwave in the rooms and won't even let you warm Kid's Milk in their Kitchen. ...

Solo Traveler
This hotel is located within walking distance to the falls and casino which makes it an ideal spot to stay. Unfortunately, this hotel needs some serious renovations. The walls are very thin, you can hear the other guests above you or next door. The furniture can also be updated too. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat, Family Dollar quality.

Good for the price. Don't expect luxury. Our non smoking room smelled of smoke. The blankets were stained and smelly.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were dirty and the mattress was lumpy.
