a lot: dirty, loud room, neighborhood far from everything, unhelpful staff, bizarre stand-up "breakfast" in the office... basically, only stay there if it's last minute, and price is your biggest concern

Shower could use attention. Linens marginal.
For my needs, the motel is in an excellent location. Staff is friendly, and the breakfast, especially the in-room coffee, much appreciated. It's true that people steal things from motels, and this may account for the unattractive and barely serviceable towels which give a negative impression of an otherwise clean, well-run property.

The room was large, private and beautiful.
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was there was a wino drinking in the parking garage next door, weird.

I liked the evening staff.
The bathroom floor was dirty, two of my art easels went missing, there is no shuttle service from the airport, no elevator.
This would be the last hotel in the San Fransisco area that I would recommend.

Friendliness of staff.
Room phone did not work, high speed Internet very poor.
Staff was very accommodating, however the room phone did not work. I was told it would be fixed the next day and it was not. The high speed Internet was very bad, the worst ever experienced. With no clear explanation. Would not have bid this high to receive this hotel.

The desk clerk was rude. The breakfast was awful. The door had been kicked in so many times that it didn't lock.
Never stay here!
