Hotel Guest Reviews of the Super 8 Sparks
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 7, 2010

Overall, it was a good place to stay, away from the traffic, etc. of Reno.

At 12:15 in the morning a group of high school students arrived and began running around, pounding on doors, yelling to one another - just horsing around. At 12:30 I called the front desk to complain about the noise. Took another 15 minutes before any adult told them to quiet down. Could not get back to sleep after that. Ruined my trip.

My stay was very nice, I was there off and on for about 2 weeks. I just don't think that front desk person had much experience as far as customer service goes, and he needs to bend to accommodate guests. Not everything has to be so rigid all the time. However, the one that I most dealt with and she was fabulous. She was there for whatever needs I had and went out of her way to help me. My grandson came unexpectedly and she made sure I had a roll-away bed for him to sleep in for a few nights. I really appreciated all her efforts. I do believe she is a great asset to your company and she should be commended for doing such a great job with all the guests. ...

This hotel was very clean and pleasant and accommodating. For a few nights in Reno just to hit the pillow look no further. The building is new looking and the parking was good.

I liked the staff and the room was very comfortable. I would be inclined to stay there on my next trip.
