Unfriendly staff, Toilet did not work, and not enough towels in room.
The staff was very unfriendly when you call and ask for directions, and also when your toilet would not work you call down to the front desk, The staff was very unfriendly, I had to go to the front desk and get my own plunger to get the toilet fix so it would flush. They would not even bring me more towels and wash cloths we had to go get them ourselves. I would not recommend this hotel to no one. ...

dirty, noisy, business center computer was bad and using old outdated software,
We would not stay there again !! Room was dirty. Hairdryer did not work. Customer service person at check in was rude and not personable. Noisey- being off the interstate and by a truck stop.
