Super 8 Windsor

Hotel was great. Good daily cleaning service. If we were in the room they would knock and ask if we wanted any service.

We stayed for one week at this location. The first night there, we had someone trying to break into our room through the connecting doors between the rooms. The third night, there was a party on our floor, which involved several rooms, including one right next door to ours. There was constant banging of room doors, people running up and down the hall, laughing, talking, bottles cleaning until finally we called the front desk around 1:30 and they came up to quiet them down. They had to come up several times before they were settled down. The 6th night again, another party around 3:00 am in the hall. As for the cleanliness of the hotel, the carpet in the hallway was dirty, air conditioner leaking at the front entrance, no screen in our window so we could not open window. Breakfast was not appealing. Arrived on Monday, the garbage bin in the parking lot was overflowing at that time and was not emptied until Thursday. This is a very Nice hotel. I just don't like the polices.I do not think it is right to have to leave a deposit upfront on hold, after I have already payed for the room to stay in. This means that I must be a low life and will try to my best to avoid paying for what I use or brake before I even stay at the hotel,when in all reality you already have my Visa number. I have stayed in this hotel several times since my son lives close buy, but does not have the room for us to stay with him. We are always welcome at this Super 8 and intend to stay often, especially with the Priceline prices.
