Cleanliness, price, and location.
It seemed like they owned and they lived there so you felt like a guest at a house and had to tip toe around witch is hard with kids.

In all I would tell anyone to stay as well as stay again if I were to return. Rooms were clean and updated and the maid came every day to mop, make beds, and replace the towels etc.Another thing that was great is the beach was right at your toes and I went out to the ocean every day I stayed.

Close to the beach.
Very outdated.

Room is very outdated. Very small bathroom. Smoke detector would start beeping then would stop for now reason.

It was really quaint. I loved it for the price. Really!
Lots of rules.

The hotel was really cute. It was redone very nicely. The hotel room isn't as nice as the efficiency rooms. Worth the upgrade. Very reasonable priced. Totally worth it. The only thing was it says no guests allowed and I would have invited my niece to spend the day there. Maybe the meant over night guests.
