Hotel Guest Reviews of the Surfcomber Hotel, A Kimpton Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(4) | Solo Traveler(9) | Traveling as Couple(31) | Family with Young Children(6) | Family with Teens(4) | Group Traveler(3)

All of the staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful!
Rooms were small, but that's Miami. Walls were paper thin - could definitely hear EVERYTHING from the rooms on each side of me.

Staff was pleasant and accommodating.
Beds are too short. If you are 6 ft or taller, your feet will hang over edge.

The staff was consistently helpful, knowledgeable, service oriented and friendly
nothing
From the welcome at the concierge to check out, this hotel had it all - helpful friendly staff, well appointed and decorated rooms, consideration for the guest and amenities (coffee in a.m., wine in evening). It's convenient location makes it great place to stay if you are visiting South Beach, and is located right on the beach. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I'd stay there again! ...
