The hotel even sells kits for s'mores, and every night have little fire pits burning in the courtyard. Wish they would have told us about it when we checked in. They called us right after we got to our room to make sure everything was ok. We had a light burned out, and they came right away to replace the bulb. Great staff. Everything was very nice. The rates for their rooms are way too high for what you get, the table our TV was on hadn't be cleaned under where TV was for a very long time! The dust was almost measurable. When I asked a staff member how much our same room was at regular rates (not discounted) IT WAS OUTRAGEOUS!!! This hotel charges the prices they charge just because people pay the money, not because it worth it! I get so tired of places charging extremely high prices just because of where it is located. ...

Family Traveling with Young Children
The wall plate for a plug in was coming off, the heater was literally falling out of the wall, there were ants everywhere and there was candy on the floor. Very disappointed in cleanliness and hotel Upkeep

I would recommend this hotel to visitors of Lincoln City. It had very nice, clean rooms, free wifi, great staff, onsite restaurant (not the best place to eat, but still a very decent choice if you want to stay close), seconds from the beach, and while it's off HWY 101 it is still very close to the city centre if you need to run into town. I would stay here again.
