We came and could smell the fireplace smells in the air. It was romantic. The room was big and very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the fireplace and how relaxing it made us. The grounds were beautiful with lots of flowers. It was a blessed weekend.

This is a hotel we stayed in many years ago. It is convenient, reasonably priced and the people are very pleasant and helpful.

Stay somewhere else. It may be just an Inn, but the room we were offered was small, dark and damp. By standing my ground and making a fuss, we managed to get the manager to arrange alternative accommodation for us but that was only after insisting and insisting. To be fair, the alternatives provided were good, but less insistent people would have had to settle for the original, totally unacceptable room. Don't get caught out - book somewhere else to begin with and save yourself the hassle. ...
