Hotel Guest Reviews of the Swiss-Inn Kuala Lumpur - An International Hip Hotel
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.December 11, 2011

Excellent value if your just looking for a place to sleep. The cheap rooms are small and have no windows but if your traveling to sight see there isn't much more needed. Included breakfast and Internet. It is an excellent step up from a hostel. Great value.

Hotel staff were very helpful. Promptly fixed issues of wrong rooms and no hot water. Included breakfast was excellent. Price was excellent, and located right in Chinatown and shopping areas. Busy street in front of hotel, making loading/unloading luggages inconvenient. Street hawkers in front of hotel making it unsighted.

The hotel staff at the desk, and the restaurant were very very helpful! Didn't at all mind my asking a million questions (never having been to Malaysia for KL) They recommended a hop on hop off tour since we were only there for 2 nights. I highly recommend it. You see all the major sights in air conditioned bus and can get on and off as you like. The food was super! One! Very Important warning to all going to see the Petronia's Towers cue up at 6:30 or 7:00 am. We were there at 7:30 and there were already 400 people ahead of us. The window doesn't open till 8:30 by the time we were able to by our tickets we were told the next available slot was 3:30pm and that was only to the bridge. There were no more tickets available to the very top. We stood around to tell the attendants who take you up that if there was any chance we could get on an earlier tour we would hang around. Well before we knew it we were rushed to the elevator for the present tour! A blessing! Great stay not long enough! Airport is a million miles away! ...
