Hotel Guest Reviews of the Tahitian Inn & Spa Tampa
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 27, 2013

The staff were very accommodating. They had overbooked so they upgraded my room. Such a clean room and the decorations were great, just on the small side. It was like they had built on lots of big rooms and at the corner of the hotel there was still enough room left so they squeezed in one more room.Still liked it very much but wondered what the 1st room
I had was like in comparison. Visited the restaurant, food was good but a bit pricey for what you got. I'd stay again for sure, great deal! Wonderful place! ...

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone at the price they charge.

Overall, this hotel was not too bad. The biggest problem that I had was that when I went to use the laundry facility, there was a homeless man living in there. I was not about to leave my laundry there. They should have some kind of key swipe lock on that door.

Nice hotel but the beds killed it. Outside room so you can hear cars and people coming in and out all night, terrible sound insulation.

I wasn't impressed with my stay here due to the room smelling like smoke when you turned on the air condition, and I specifically asked for a non-smoking room. I felt like I was trapped in the 80's due to the cheap hotel decor of the room. I did notice quiet a few older couples residing at the inn; this location is not for younger couples in my opinion.

Our stay was great overall. The room was nice and the hotel had decent amenities(Spa, Gym, Pool, Restaurant). My
only complaint was the sheets were clean but you could see small stains on them. We had the front desk bring us another clean set which they delivered right away.

This is 2 to 2.5 star motel, I did not want to stay in motel, I bid, I "won" this hotel and was disappointed as I have had normally pretty good success with the star levels with Priceline I believe this hotel was mis- classified.
