Nice room, friendly and accommodating staff and great location.
Bathroom was a little on the small side but nothing to complain about.
The Bar was a great place to cap the night and Cafe Taj had a good breakfast. The lobster and crab omelet was excellent.

Location! You can just take a walk to Newbury St. and Copley Place, where are the two of the best shopping places in Boston. Besides, only 3 mins from Taj Boston to the T station by walk.

Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable.
Only thing I don't like is that you have to pay for internet access.
The location is perfect. Less than a short block away from subway station. Very close to freedom trail. Love the area.

Beautiful hotel and rooms! Happy with my stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I attend a seminar and the breakfast and lunch provided was delicious! Hotel located in great spot, close to great shopping and restaurants. I will definitely return!

Good location, pleasant staff, clean.
No free Wi-Fi. Room door did not close properly, needed to engage maintenance staff, who fixed it in less than 5 minutes. Headboard on bed was very loose, every-time I leaned back the headboard would hit the wall hard, making a loud noise.
